Recruitment Partner for the HR Unit in Mariestad Municipality

The HR unit in Mariestad Municipality is one of the support functions of the municipal executive board. We are nine employees in the unit, consisting of an HR manager, HR partners, a project-employed behavioral scientist, and recruitment partners.

As one of our two recruitment partners has moved on to another HR assignment, we are now looking for their replacement.

Are you an experienced recruiter with a knack for creating business partnerships? Do you enjoy working both operationally with current recruitments and strategically with workforce planning? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a recruitment partner, you will serve as a recruitment support for department heads, division heads, and unit heads within the municipality's six administrations. Your responsibilities include capturing job requirements, writing job advertisements, screening CVs, and managing interviews, reference checks, and personality tests prior to hiring permanent staff.

You will market the available positions on social media and collaborate with both internal and external support functions. The role also includes cooperation with educational institutions and other arenas to attract new employees to our municipality. We also expect you to take an active role in developing and ensuring the quality of the administrations' work with workforce planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

To fit this role, you should have an academic degree that the employer deems relevant for the position. You have several years of experience working systematically with business-oriented recruitment collaborations.

We see that you have a high degree of digital maturity with an interest and knowledge of using social media as a natural marketing platform for job vacancies. In addition to being accustomed to competency-based recruitment, certification in personality tests and work experience based on the ARUBA model is advantageous.

As a person, you thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment where you work on many different parallel recruitment projects. You are relationship-building, business-minded, and have an innovative drive to develop and improve recruitment processes. The qualities we also value are that you are communicative in both speech and writing, service-minded while being structured and clear. Since you will have a very close collaboration with your recruitment partner, it is crucial that you have a positive and unpretentious attitude, are persistent in your work, and contribute with humor and joy at work.

A driver's license is a requirement for the position.
